The grievance (complaints and appeals) handling process is part of EGG’s commitment to impartiality, transparency, and customer satisfaction.

This process applies to grievances related to:

  • EGG certification services
  • EGG-certified clients (as related to the implementation of ISO 9001 management systems)

A response or resolution is provided where explicitly or implicitly expected.

How to Submit a Grievance

Grievances can be submitted through:

  • An online grievance form on the website, or
  • Email to a dedicated grievance email address (e.g. grievance@eggcertification.com), or
  • Telephone contact, which will be recorded and forwarded to customer support

All grievances:

  • Will be acknowledged within 2 business days
  • Will be reviewed and validated within a maximum of 30 business days
